If you’re buying, my services don’t cost you a thing—the seller typically covers my commission. If you’re selling, we’ll go over everything upfront so there are no surprises, and I’ll show you exactly how I’ll market your home to get you the best results. My goal is always to make sure you feel informed and supported from the start.

Every situation is different, but here’s a good rule of thumb: once you’re under contract, buying usually takes around 30–45 days. Selling can sometimes happen very quickly if your home is priced and marketed well.
